Virtual Workshop Recording: Drawing Florals on 3-D Objects (Boxes, Bottles, etc!)

Here’s what you can expect from this 90 minute virtual class:
I’ll ask that you have on hand one box with a lid - any material, any size, and one bottle (wine, perfume, etc!) to follow along IF you want. If you simply want to watch and then follow along with the replay at a later date, that’s totally fine!
We’ll cover a variety of different tools ranging from markers & pens to coloured pencils, and learn which materials to use for which surfaces; and how to test them
You’ll learn my 4 main techniques for illustrating on 3D objects: Linework, Linework with Line Shading, Simple Shapes and what I call “Painterly-ish” so you are equipped to work on a variety of different surfaces, with different tools at any given time
I’ll give lots of examples and ideas for floral layouts that you can use when practicing and creating your own custom floral illustrated items

Supply List
Since this is very much a beginner level class, I don’t want you to spend a ton of money on fancy supplies. I encourage you to just use what you have on hand, as testing supplies is part of what we’ll be learning in the class anyway. However, if you want to have some of the same supplies that I will be using, I’ve put together a little list of small items you could purchase if that is accessible to you.
Ideally, you will also have on hand any box with a lid and any bottle (wine, perfume, etc) but please note that you will also have access to a replay, so if you would prefer to simply watch the demo and practice later, with the replay as reference, you don’t NEED to actually have any supplies on hand for the live workshop.
1 Stabilo Aquarellable pencil, ideally in white or black
1 Sharpie oil based marker ideally in white or black, ideally extra-fine size
A micron pen in any size ranging from .005-05
Extras that I’ll cover briefly that might be fun to have: Coloured pencils (pink/red/white/green) and Alcohol markers (pink/red/white/green)
A standard HB pencil & few sheets of paper
